The invention relates to devices for man rescue from buildings. The springboard-building with man rescue system contains chutes, elements for access to them of tubular shape, a pool with water, surrounding the building at the base round its perimeter, and several vertical tunnels, made as component parts of the building structure and symmetrically placed round the building perimeter. Each chute is formed by the external surface of the building, placed between the tunnels, and in longitudinal section forms a curve in the form of springboard.
