PURPOSE:To provide a drive element for generating simply and rapidly driving power in a miniature region by superposing two sets of movable coils so formed in a parallelogrammic shape that the sides existing in a magnetic field intersect with one another. CONSTITUTION:X- and Y-driving coils 2 and 3 so formed in a parallelogrammic shape are superposed that the sides existing in the magnetic field of a field permanent magnet 7 intersect one another. Electric currents flow in predetermined directions in the coils 2 and 3 by a command signal from a predetermined control circuit to move the driving elements mounted at the coils 2 and 3 in two-dimensional plane by the force produced between the coils and the permanent magnet 7. |
