PURPOSE:To provide head characteristics sufficient as those for VTRs by joining the 1st and 2nd cores by way of a spacer and balance-windings through the winding grooves formed between the cores and the spacer. CONSTITUTION:Main magnetic body pieces 11a, 12a provided with grooves 11c, 12c in the central parts of the side faces and submagnetic body pieces 11b, 12b provided with grooves 11d, 12d in the positions opposing to the grooves 11c, 12c are firmly secured and bonded by providng gaps of prescribed thickness by means of the org. adhesive agent or glass 14 melt-stuck in the notched grooves 11e, 12e provided to the side part edges of the respective joined surface. After these cores 11, 12 are bonded and fixed to both side faces of a spacer 13 consisting of a nonmagnetic material into one piece, windings 15 are balance-wound across the pieces 11a, 11b through the grooves 11c, 11d of the core 11, and windings 16 are balance- wound on the pieces 12a, 12b through the grooves 12c, 12d of the core 12. |
