PURPOSE:To alleviate drastically a restriction imposed on the bending angle of a metallic base laminated plate by providing resin interposition parts, thereby removing prepregs at bending parts; besides, by connecting electrically metallic foils which are adjacent each other at the surface of the prepregs through resin interposition parts at the side planes of a circuit. CONSTITUTION:Prepregs 6 are laminated at the surface of a metallic plate 5 that acts as a base and there is adhesive bonding between the prepregs and the metallic plate and then, resin interposition parts 11 and 12 are provided by cutting off the prepregs 6 into slit-like forms at parts corresponding to bending widths at outer circumference side planes of bending parts C1 and C2 which are bent at large angles; besides, metallic foils 7 which are adjacent each other at the surfaces of the prepregs are electrically connected each other with jumper wires 13 and the like through the resin interposition part 12 at the side plane of a circuit. Then, even though bending angles of the bending parts C1 and C2 re set large, there is no possibility of the development of cracks in the prepregs 6 and the metallic foils 7 which are adjacent to the bending parts C1 and C2 and bending can be carried out into a desired form. |
