PURPOSE:To attain to enhance a quality of a printed image by a method wherein an etching roller and a press roller are pivotably supported to a movable bracket provided to a machine frame and a master is contacted to a printing barrel under pressure to certainly prevent the floating of said master. CONSTITUTION:A leading end clamp member and a trailing end clamp member of the master 2 are provided in a recessed groove 4 formed to a part of the printing barrel 3 and the etching roller 11 and brackets 14, 14 with an H shape cross area are pivotably mounted between V shaped side plates 6 pivotably mounted to the machine frame by a shaft 13. Further, a protrusion 18 cooperated with a lever 21 is formed to an upper part 15 of the bracket 14 and, to a lower part 16 thereof, an outside leg 16a provided with a cam follower 19 cooperated with a cam plate 5 and an inside leg 16b having the press roller 20 pivotably supported thereto so as to adjoin the same to a front part of a rotary direction of the printing barrel 3 against the etching roller 11 are provided. Said both legs 16a, 16b are connected by a connecting part 16c and, when the bracket 14 is on an operation position, the etching roller 11 and the press roller 20 contact the master 20 to the printing barrel 3 under pressure. |
