PURPOSE:To inhibit the deterioration of a blank part and a colored part which might be caused by a plasticizer, by positioning a phenolic substance and a water- soluble binder between a support and a thermosensible layer. CONSTITUTION:A layer composed of a phenolic substance capable of coloring at about 70 deg.C or higher and a water-soluble binder such as hydroxyethyl cellulose or carboxymethyl cellulose, is mixed with a paper coating pigment such as clay, kaolin or calcium carbonate, an antioxidant, or other additives. The phenolic substance is a bisphenol such as 4,4'-isopropylidene phenol. After preparatively crashed to particle size of 5mu or less, the phenolic substance is mixed with the water-soluble binder at the ratio of 1:0.2-1. The mixture is laminated between a support and a thermosensible layer. The laminated mixture is effective in the suppression of the coloring of a blank part and also in the inhibition of the decoloring of a heated part. |
