PURPOSE:To enhance a utilization efficiency of the ink mist by providing an ink mist passing pipe having one end communicated with an ink mist generator and other end to an ink mist recovery system. CONSTITUTION:The ink mist generated by the ink mist generator 27 having one ink jet head 18 is passed to an axial direction of a photosensitive drum 3 in the ink mist passing pipe 28 and discharged to the ink mist recovery system 22. The passing pipe 28 has an opening 29 opposed to a latent image forming surface of the photosensitive drum 3 and said opening 29 is gradually widen from an inlet side thereof to an outlet side thereof. This structure of said opening 29 is formed so as to prevent phenomena wherein a density of the ink mist is reduced toward the outlet side if said ink mist 13 is adhered to the photosensitive drum 3 to be consumed and the deterioration of a charge amount or the formation of liquid droplets is generated during a time when the ink mist 13 is flowed from the inlet side to the outlet side of the passing pipe 28 as well as to lengthen a developing time as the ink mist is directed to the outlet side and, thereby, the uniform development can be obtained. |
