CONTINUOUS KNEADER FOR THERMOSETTING RESIN MOLDING MATERIAL

PURPOSE:To stably and continuously feed a mixture to the next process while cutting it into small pieces by providing a fixed blade to the discharge port of a continuous kneader by which kneading and feeding are made by rotation of rotary shafts provided with kneading blades. CONSTITUTION:A mixture kneaded and fed by rotation of two rotary shafts 6 provided with kneading blades 11 is cut into small pieces in narrow space between the kneading blades 11 and a fixed blade 12 at the end part of the discharge port of a continuous kneader. Thus, the mixture can be continuously and stably cut into small pieces and fed to the next process by utilizing the rotation of the kneading blades without the use of any exclusive power for cutting the mixture.
