<p>When the sleeve is let down, buoyant force of a working fluid is closed to terminate its effect on the lower plate of a floating body. Gravity force of fluid column above the body affects on the upper plate of the body. The body is pushed by the gravity force to press the used fluid out from a cylinder with open end from a gap between them into a cabin under pressure. A piston and its rod press the working fluid out from a hydraulic cylinder through a pressure valve and a pressure pipe into an upper basin to operate a water power machine.</p> |
