摘要 A driving circuit and an OELD device are provided to generate stable a gray scale voltage by enhancing linearity without voltage drop due to analog switches. An OELD(Organic Electro Luminescence Display) device includes a pixel unit, and data and scan drivers. The data driver includes first, second, third, and fourth switches(Swa,Swb,Swc,Swd), a resistor, a multiplex circuit, and a precharge circuit. The first and second switches select first and second reference voltages in response to a data signal. The resistor includes resistor strings, which receive the first and second reference voltages, divide the first and second reference voltages using at least two resistors(ra,rb), and generate gray scale voltages according to the division. The third switch selects one of the resistor strings and delivers the first and second reference voltages to the selected resistor string. The fourth switch outputs gray scale voltages generated from the resistor strings. The multiplex circuit, which is connected to the fourth switch, delivers the gray scale voltages to one of plural data lines. The precharge circuit, which is connected between the fourth switch and the plural data lines, selects one of the first and second reference voltages and executes precharge on the selected data lines.
