PURPOSE:To develop a picture having superior picture quality by independently or adjacently combining flexible hard magnets with flexible soft magnets wherein a stable magnet roll having small variations of magnetic characteristics is formed by forming a plurality of poles around a shaft. CONSTITUTION:In accordance with pole specifications, flexible hard magnetic substances 5 and flexible soft magnetic substances 6 are respectively stacked up to a predetermined thickness whereas the soft magnetic substances 6 only or the substances 6 and the magnetic substances 5 are alternately or randomly stacked and the stacked substances are set in a metal mold. Next, predetermined pressure is applied to the metal mold and the stacked substances are molded at room temperature and taken out of the metal mold. Then, the stacked substances are adhered to a predetermined shaft by adhesive of rubber group and cut in a predetermined size after passing sufficient aging. Next, the cut substances are covered with a heat-shrinking tube 8 to insert into a predetermined sleeve 3 after magnetizing by a predetermined voltage. And a plurality of poles N1-N2, S1-S3 are formed around the shaft 7 to make a stable magnet roll having small variations of magnetic characteristics. |
