PURPOSE:To obtain uniform thermal recording concentration regardless of the speed of a heating stylus by a method wherein signals are processed by a delta modulator and heating the heating unit is controlled. CONSTITUTION:An output of a modulator 11 is inputted to an integral circuit 13 from a switching circuit 12 and composed with f(t) by a comparator 14. The voltage with a level determined by a condition is outputted from the comparator 14, sample-held by the modulator 11 and outputted as e2(t). A desired signal processing is applied to said signal e2(t) through a signal processing circuit 2 and outputted as a signal e4(t). While the signal e4(t) is in logic [1], AND gate 23 inputs another input or a clock pulse into a counter 24, the output of the counter 24 is inputted to a latch 25 at every prset interval and immediately after, the counter 24 is reset. The output of this latch 25 is corrected by a ROM26, a rate multipler 27 is controlled, pulses proportional to the output of the ROM26 are outputted in the unit time and electric power is outputted in proportion to the heating electric power to be given to the heating stylus. |
