<p>PURPOSE:To obtain reddish purple UME wine having fragrance of UME and that of Perilla frutescens, by adding blue UME (japanese apricot), sugar and leaves of Perilla frutescens to low-class distilled spirits. CONSTITUTION:Low-class distilled spirits are incorporated with blue UME, sugar and leaves of Perilla frutescens to give the aimed UME wine. An extract of leaves of Perillar frutescens may be added instead of the leaves of Perilla frutescens.</p> |
