<p>PURPOSE:To obtain the captioned product simply at a low cost by a method wherein an injection molded foamed molding substrate is inserted into a mold providing a small cavity and synthetic resin material is poured into this cavity to form a solid surface layer integrally on the surface of the substrate. CONSTITUTION:In case of the manufacturing of the synthetic resin molding, having a heavy gage or an ununiform section, such as the side mole of an automobile, the expandable synthetic resin material is poured into the first mold 1 by the first injection molding machine 7 to mold the molding substrate A. Subsequently, the molded substrate A is inserted into the second mold 2 being made so that a small cavity may be provided between the surface side of the substrate A and the internal surface 2e of the cavity for the second mold 2, then, the synthetic resin material is poured into this cavity by the second injection molding machine 8 to form the solid surface layer B' integrally on the surface side of the substrate A. According to this method, the product molding having desired colors, patterns or the like on the outer surface thereof may be obtained at a low cost.</p> |
