PURPOSE:To prevent the influence of dust and heat generation by improving rigidity of a base and the airtightness of a cover and by leaving VCM regarded as a heat generating source outside of the cover. CONSTITUTION:Base 9 covers the flank while surrounding medium 2 and carriage 6. Then, VCM7 is fitted to the cover in close contact. Sealing cover 10 is made of such as aluminum and formed with light constitution by hollowing a material, also provided with a rib to increase the hardness. |
