PURPOSE:To protect transistors (TR) except one breaking down firstly by detecting an overcurrent due to the breakdown of one of TRs in parallel operation and then by stopping the remaining other TRs over display. CONSTITUTION:If TR 1A, for example, among TRs 1A-1N in parallel operation short-circuits between the collector and emitter, an overcurrent flowing between the both causes a collector-emitter break. The overcurrent, on the other hand, flows in between the collector and base to blow fuse 8A. Further, this overcurrent is detected by current detector 9, which puts drive stop device 10 in operation to stop the operation of driving circuit 5 while driving a display device, thereby stopping TRs 1B-1N from operating. |
