PURPOSE:To simplify the manufacture of side plate and improve its durability, by coating a connecting plate with elastic material such as rubber and a thin film portion molded by a cavity. CONSTITUTION:A metal-made boss 2 is inserted into the center hole of an annular connecting plate 1 made of metal and is integrally secured to the inner edge 3 of the connecting plate 1 by an elastic part 4 of rubber provided by insert molding. A rotary shaft member 5 is thus manufactured. A narrow opening 9 is connected to an inner part which has an annular cavity 7 for molding a side plate. Hard synthetic resin is filled in the cavity 7 and the opening 9 and then solidified. |
