PURPOSE:To enable a plate group of different thicknesses and dimensions to be installed within the same container, by melting and reducing into a given dimension the ribs in the cell chambers by means of hot plates, after forming the container with one metal mold, and thereby making the cell chambers to have a given dimension. CONSTITUTION:A container 1 is prepared from a thermo-plastic synthetic resin such as polypropylene, the inside of which is divided into a plural number of cells 3 by partition walls 2. Longitudinal ribs 4 laterally arranged at an constant interval and projecting up to an assigned height are formed on both sides of each partition wall 2 as well as on the inner wall of each side wall 1a of the container 1. When a plate group of large thickness is installed in the container 1, a hot plate 5 is inserted in each cell chamber 3 simultaneously to make ribs 4 to be pressed by these hot plates 5, thereby making the ends of the ribs 4 to be molten and making the ribs 4 to be reduced into a given dimension. Consequently, plate groups of different thickness and dimensions can be incorporated in the container 1 prepared by means of only one metal mold, and the related economy can be greatly improved. |
