PURPOSE:To improve wear resistance, scratch resistance and running stability, by providing a specific resin layer on the surface of a ferromagnetic metallic layer. CONSTITUTION:On a base body, a ferromagnetic metallic layer is vapor-deposited and on the ferromagnetic metallic layer, a layer made of polyurethane resin of about 5,000-500,000 in average molecular weight is provided to a thickness of 0.002- 0.3 micron. Into the protective layer made of polyurethane resin, a 0.2-30wt% cellulose derivative, vinyl polymer and lubricant may adequately be added. |
