PURPOSE:To improve characteristics by making a Young's modulus high and by increasing an internal loss adequately, by mixing or dispersing silicon carbide fiber in a pulp cone. CONSTITUTION:To obtain an original liquid, 5-40wt% silicon carbide fiber 1 cut to 0.5-7mm. length and 60-95wt% wood pulp which is natural fiber 2 are mixed and an emulsion of synthetic resin 9 is added. This liquid is fixed on paper wire netting, dried and thermally formed to obtain speaker diaphragm 8. |
