PURPOSE:To facilitate the designing of a circuit and its work and to reduce circuit loss by constituting in one dielectric substrate a coupling circuit part for a matching circuit, biasing RFC circuit and waveguide and by equipping the products in a rectangular waveguide. CONSTITUTION:AT a nearly symmetric position with respect to the plane parallel to surface E of rectangular waveguide 1 and driving equally the H-directional size, dielectric substrates 20a and 20b having (h) thickness are equipped in parallel to surface E of rectangular waveguide 1. Then, dielectric substrate 20a is covered with earch conductors 22 provided with slits 21 symmetrically with respect to plane BCDE dividing equally (h) thickness of both its sides at right angles and on plane BCDE, strip conductor 23 is equipped. One terminal of wave directing line S is coupled with rectangular waveguide 1, and the other is connected to wave directing line I consisting of the part of matching circuit for a signal frequency and the part of biasing RFC circuit 8. Further, a negative resistive element, e.g. diode D1 is connected to wave directing line I. |
