PURPOSE:To suppress the elimination of powder by using surface-coated powder as graphite powder constituting a lubricant layer provided to the reverse surface of a base. CONSTITUTION:To a water type dispersing body of graphite powder, a radical- polymerizable or copolymerizable compound of butadiene, styrene 2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate, polypropylene glycol monomethacrylate, acrylic acid, etc., and further catalyst are added and polymerized to obtain the graphite powder having the radical polymerizable or radical polymerizable compound stuck to the surface. Next, it is applied onto the reverse surface of a base, provided with a magnetic layer, together with resin to obtain a lubricant layer. |
