PURPOSE:To enlarge the diameters of coils per one stage gradually by forming a bobbin consisting of a plurality of winding stages having upwardly increased diameters with tapered surfaces having up wardly expended shape for each of its stage including also coil holding plates. CONSTITUTION:A bobbin 5 consisting of a plurality of winding stages, having stages with upwardly increased dia. and upwardly expended tapered surfaces 5a, together with included coil holding plates 8 actuated by springs 8, is supported by means of a shaft 10 which can be slid up and down. When using, a flyer 3 is turned, a wire 1 is wound on the inclined planes 5a of the bobbin 5, a coil is formed, the shaft 10 is let fall with the revolution of the flyer 3 and the diameters of coils are slowly enlarged. The coils made up to the bobbin 5 are downward delivered successively by the upper and lower movement of coil push rods 12 with the oscillation of an inclined plate 11, and pushed into a coil jig 13. Thus, the coils of the coil with completely the same dimensions are not formed, and shaping work after inserting the coil can be facilitated. |
