PURPOSE:To easily form an employee list for this year, by respectively adding 1 to the year column of a recording tape of the list for previous year, correcting the change in the post and short history, and adding information of new comers of this year and new employees. CONSTITUTION:Figures of each year column of recording tape A of the employee check list A in the year of start of computation execution formed by the section in charge of human affair are added 1 by 1 by the electronic computation center to form the printed output table B12. The human affair section forms the table C3 through the table B12 by the addition of transferred and new comer employees and the correction of the post and short history columns for this year. On the other hand, the center corrects the table B12 from the table C to form the tape D31. Further, the human affair section forms the table E42 in which name codes are described in accordance with the organization for this year, the center forms the tape E51 from it, to make the employee list table A62 for this year, and the human affair section makes recopy 7. |
