摘要 PURPOSE:To increase the efficiency of debug, by providing the device with the mode flag which shows whether the computer is in normal processing state or debug state, and detecting the instruction branched to the address indicated by the branched address register in case of debug. CONSTITUTION:The mu instruction read out from the micro mu program PG memory 1 with the information of the address AD register RG is stored in the muPGRG3. At debug, the content of RG2 is stored in the execution ADRG4 and the branched address is determined with the branch address production circuit 6 based on the mu instruction of RG3. The branched ADRG 5 stores the mu instruction having the possibility of branch at debug, and the agreement of the outputs of RG5 with circuit 6 is checked at the comparator 9. If both outputs are in agreement, the agreement signal detects that branch can be made from the mu instruction stored in RG3 to the mu instruction AD indicated by RG5, and the instruction scanning control section 11 keeps the scanning of the mu instruction of the memory 1 with the debug designation from the mode flag 7 and the agreement signal from the comparator 9.
