The blower has flow channels confined in a pipe housing (20) by air directing units and an impeller rotatably supported in the housing. A discharger in the housing discharges the air through a connecting area (16), which is temporarily connected with another blower. The discharger is formed by openings (19) that are provided in a motor mounting plate and arranged in the corners of the housing for discharging and redirecting the air. An independent claim is also included for a modular system for designing a blower. |
