PURPOSE:To efficiently and automatically generate the model pattern of the change of an input/output signal in the normal operation of a machine targeted to be controlled, by storing the input/output pattern strings of all of the inputs and outputs first, and next, deleting the input and output remaining unchanged automatically from an object to be diagnosed at the time of storing them sequentially. CONSTITUTION:A mode setting means and a teaching operation control means which monitors the output pattern of a programmable controller, stores the input/output pattern after change in order, and deletes the string remaining unchanged out of obtained input/output pattern strings from the object to be diagnosed are provided setting a mode at a teaching mode as a condition. Also, a diagnosing operation control means which judges no arrival of each input/output pattern consisting of a stored input/output pattern string as the generation of a fault in an equipment targeted to be controlled and informs a mismatch part between the input/output pattern at that time and a taught input/output pattern as a fault correlative part setting the mode at as diagnosis mode as the condition is provided. In such a way, it is possible to generate the model pattern of the change of the input/output signal in the normal operation of the machine targeted to be controlled efficiently and automatically. |
