<p>A system and method for realizing distributed access control in multicast service are provided, the method comprises: the Central Resource Policy Manager Function (CRPMF) generates the multicast service control policy and sends it to the access control point; the access control point performs access control to the multicast channel of user terminal based on the received multicast service control policy, and determines whether accepting or rejecting the multicast channel joining request of user terminal based on the access control result. The system and method according to the invention can provide multicast service whose service quality can be ensured for the user terminal, and improves the user satisfaction feeling evidently.</p> |
