发明名称 CYLINDRICAL BODY`S INSIDE SURFACE INSPECTING DEVICE
摘要 PURPOSE:To make it possible to automatically and positively inspect detect on the inside surface of a cylindrical body, by applying laser ryas onto inside surface of the cylindrical body which is arranged coaxially with axis of rays by using a reflector which is arranged in an inclined position with respect to the axis of rays. CONSTITUTION:Laser rays L emitted from a laser oscillator 1 reach a reflector 3 after passing through a light a light-collecting lens 2, a tubular body 16 which is arranged on the center of a light-receiving body 17, and inside of a cylindrical body 14. Reflection rays L1, reflected accordingly to inclination angle of the reflector 3, are applied onto inside surface of the cylindrical body 14, reflected again and received by the light-receiving body 17. Whether or not amount of the light received by this light-receiving body 17 is more than prescribed amount is indicated on an indicating device 19 through a light-electricity converting element 18, and by doing so, presence of defect can be detected. And, when the reflector 3 is rotated and driven in the direction of approaching the cylindrical body 14 by activating servomotors 6 and 11 of a driving mechanism 4, the reflection rays L1 scan helically, and therefore, an inside surface of the cylindrical body 14 can be inspected entirely. It is possible, by doing so, to execute inspection satisfactorily even when the cylindrical body is long.
