<p>PURPOSE:To obtain the captioned tough sheet having an open work pattern and less susceptible of being fouled by vacuum-forming a synthetic resin sheet through the intermediary of a lace fabric pattern mold, attaching a transparent sheet onto the said synthetic resin sheet and cutting off with a cutter numerous convex parts which protruded on the reverse side corresponding to through holes. CONSTITUTION:A sheet (A) for forming is deposited on the front side of a lace fabric pattern mold after heating the said sheet at a forming temperature. In this manner, numerous convex parts (b) corresponding to the through holes of the lace fabric pattern mold are formed by means of a vacuum-forming device 1. Next, a laminated sheet (D) is formed by attaching transparent sheet (C) in a laminated fashion and then is conducted to a cutter 16 through a cooling device 12. After this process, a multiple of concave parts (b) on the reverse side of the said laminated sheet (D) is cut off by means of a cutter 20, thus obtaining a laminated sheet with a pattern.</p> |
