<p>The rotary vacuum pump has a casing (1) and a cylinder lining (2). The piston (3) is actuated by a push rod (4) running in a sleeve (5). The push rod (4) comes into contact with a wash plate (7) connected to the end of the rotating shaft (9). The shaft runs on thrust roller bearings at the end of the casing. The piston is maintained in contact with the tilting pad by a helical spring (14). The vacuum pump is fitted with a plate valve (21), with an inlet port (19) on one side and delivery port (20) on the other.</p> |
