<p>PURPOSE:A composition, obtained by incorporating an organopolysiloxane and a specific alkylpolysiloxane with a compounded rubber system of EPDM or EPR and silicone rubber. CONSTITUTION:100pts.wt. Compounded system of (A) 95-5pts.wt. unvulcanized ethylene-propylene -diene monomer copolymer or ethylene-propylene copolymer with (B) 5-95pts.wt. raw organopolysiloxane rubber is incorporated with (C) 1- 30pts.wt. organopolysiloxane expressed by the formula (R is substituted or unsubstituted monofunctional hydrocarbon other than R'; R' is substituted or unsubstituted 4-20C monofunctional aliphatic hydrocarbon; a is 1-2.5; b is 0.01-1.2; a+b is 1.8-3), (D) 1-30pts.wt. polyoxyalkylene-alkylpolysiloxane copolymer or alkylpolysiloxane containing hydroxyalkyl groups and (E) 0.1-15pts.wt. organic peroxide.</p> |
