PURPOSE:To make perfect automatic assembling by machines possible by mounting the tension strips mounted to movable supporting bodies to upper and lower tension springs, respectively, thereby eliminating the need for passing the tension strips into holes. CONSTITUTION:In the pointer mounting part of a movable part, a frame 310 is so positioned that the pawls 328 and 336 of the front faces of the fittings 320 and 330 fitted to the frame 310 contact the tension strip 170 mounted between upper and lower tension springs 140 and 160, and in these pawl 326 and 336 parts, the tension strip 170 is soldered and the intermediate part thereof is disconnected. Thereafter, a member 410 is opposed to the frame 310 and the holes 416, 417 of the member 410 is fitted to the projections 314, 315 formed to the front thereof and are melt- stuck by ultrasonic wave, whereby both members are mounted in one body. In this case, the intermediate part of the tension strip 170 is force-expanded by the projection 413 so that the upper and lower tension strips 171, 172 do not electrically contact. With such constitution, the need for the operation of passing the tension strips into holes is eliminated and the perfect automatic assembly by machines is made. |
