<p>PURPOSE:To obtain the titled low-class distilled spirits of strawberry from unrefined low-class spirits of strawberry prepared without using a processed raw material and adding water, by heating strawberry ground into a liquid state, cooling and allowing to stand into the unrefined low-class spirits of strawberry, then adding water and distilling. CONSTITUTION:Disqualified strawberries or strawberries having reduced freshness are ground by a mixer into a liquid state, boiled down under heating at 80-90 deg.C. At a point of time when acidity is weakened and sweetness is produced, the strawberries are cooled to 50 deg.C, mixed with KOJI, set in a chamber at 45 deg.C, blended from the second day, mixed every other day from 10th day, allowed to stand for one month in total, blended with water and distilled to give the aimed low-class distilled spirits.</p> |
