PURPOSE:To make the shape rigidity extremely high comparing with a diaphragm which has used a conventional material, by forming the honey-comb core by use of an Mg compound. CONSTITUTION:In case of forming a honey-comb core having the same weight as that of an Al honey-comb core having 10mum thickness, when Ti, Mg3B2 and MgC are used, each thickness can be made 5.9mum, 15.69mum and 14.4mum, respectively. When the comparison of Eh<3>/12 (where, E is Young's modulus, h is thickness) which is a standard of rigidity is executed for the Al foil and Ti foil plus the Mg3B2 and MgC foils having said thickness, the rigidity is remarkably increased so that an Mg3B2 foil and an MgC foil are 0.29dyn.cm and 0.23dyn.cm, respectively, although an Al foil and a Ti foil are 0.059dyn.cm and 0.018dyn.cm, respectively. Since thickness of the honey-comb core can be made large, it is possible to increase the adhesion area of a skin material and the honey-comb core, and also raise the adhesion limit. |
