<p>PURPOSE:To make it possible to remove foreign matters to adhere onto the surface of a feeding base material or laminated film by a method wherein gum rolls are provided before a coater device or pressure rolls. CONSTITUTION:Gum rolls 6 and 6, which consist of self-adherent rubber rolls, are arranged in contact with each other in a pair before a coating roll 4 and a back-up roll 5. A laminated film (a), which is unwound from a device 1 is passed between gum rolls 6 and 6. During said passing of the film, foreign matters adhered to the surface of the film are removed by the gum rolls 6 and 6. The resultant film is sent to the coater device 2. At the coater device 2, coating is applied onto the inner side surface of the laminated film (a). After that, the resultant film is sent between a pressure roll 7 and a heating roll 8. Thus, laminating or coating treatment with no foreign matter contained can be done.</p> |
