<p>The holder has three clamping jaws (2-4) of which two (2,3) are self-adjusting about vertical axes (x1,x2) whilst the third is arranged centrally w.r.t. the other two and w.r.t. the centre axis (M) of the electrode and pivots about a horizontal axis (Y) on an arm (15,16) that pivots about a horizontal axis (Z). The two jaws (2,3) pivoting about the vertical axes are attached to pivot bolts (6,7) on a shared holder (5). The shared holder slides upwards via two parallel linkages (8,9) on the frame (14) by an amount at least equal to 30 mm and parallel to the centre axis of the electrode.</p> |
