摘要 An optical fiber positioning component and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to form 3D electric lines accurately by arranging a resin vibration adjuster at an inner side surface of a die. An optical fiber positioning component is formed by injecting a resin from both rear side portions thereof. A first optical fiber housing hole is arranged inside the optical fiber positioning component and receives at least one optical fiber. A second optical fiber housing hole is arranged inside the optical fiber positioning component and receives the optical fiber. The second optical fiber housing hole is positioned on a side of an end portion of the optical fiber positioning component. A step portion(51) or a recess is arranged at the side portion of the optical fiber positioning component. A tip end of the first optical fiber housing hole arranged in an axis of the second optical fiber housing hole, is arranged on the side portion of the end surface by the step portion or the recess.
