PURPOSE:To simplify the assembling work of the armature without using commutator segments of high price by a method wherein a pair of flat lead out parts of an armature coil are connected making as to cross at a right angle with each other, the connected part is adhered to the outer circumferential face of the commutator and the surface of the lead out part is used as the contact part for sliding of brushes. CONSTITUTION:At a pair of the flat under side lead out part 41A and upper side lead out part 51B of the armature coil, the lower side lead out part 41A is formed to long, the prescribed length from the tip of the lower side lead out part 41A is twisted at 90 deg., the lower side lead out part 41A and the upper side lead out part 51B are made to cross at a right angle and are welded. Then the tip flat part 40 of the lower side lead out part 41A is pressed by ultrasonic pressure into an outer circumferential groove 6a on a ring-shaped resin body 6 to be fixed, and the tip part 40 thereof is used as the segment part of the commutator and brushes 7 for power feeding are made to come in contact with and to slide thereon. Accordingly the high price commutator segments become unnecessary, and the connection work between the commutator segments and the lead out parts becomes also unnecessary to enable to shorten the time required for assembling. |
