FIELD: technological processes. ^ SUBSTANCE: device contains movable matrix and immovable matrix with cavity and inlet opening to specified cavity, which is limited with internal surface in the form of revolution body with symmetry axis, which has tapering and cylindrical parts extended along mentioned axis, at that cylindrical part is adjacent to mentioned tapering part from the side of the least diameter. Device is equipped with heating facility of immovable matrix internal surface, which is arranged with the possibility of creation of temperatures gradient on mentioned internal surface, which increases from inlet opening along mentioned symmetry axis. Movable matrix is made in the form of cylindrical bushing that is installed in cylindrical part of internal surface of immovable matrix with the possibility of displacement along it. In the second variant device also has cylindrical holder, which is installed coaxially in the cavity of immovable matrix. At that part of cylindrical holder is installed in cylindrical part of immovable matrix with preset gap in respect to internal surface of movable matrix, and some part - in tapering part of immovable matrix. ^ EFFECT: quality is increased. ^ 19 cl, 5 dwg |
