The carabiner is mounted to the plate on an axle being capable of rotation and fixation in its locked and released positions. At least one carabiner may be attached to the plate. In a fixed released position the carabiners may be spaced apart at a predetermined distance. A hinge having a spring to return the gate to the initial position after unloading may be located in the lower part of the gate. The gate end in the upper part may be extended to cover this end for preventing from inadvertent holds and unauthorized openings of the gate.
