PURPOSE:To prevent the lowering of output in an engine using fixed fuel, by an alcohol concentration senser and fuel increasing device for heavy load being operated by said senser, wherein said fuel increasing device for heavy load is arranged to feed more fuel in case the alcohol concentration of fuel exceeds a designated normal value. CONSTITUTION:A fuel feeding device feeding fuel, which is the mixture of alcohol and gasoline is additionally provided with an alcohol concentration senser 14 composed of a capacitor and a fuel in creasing device for heavy load which comprises a controller 15 being operable in response to the output of the senser 14 and opening and closing a valve 13 being attached to a 2nd passage 11. If the alcohol concentration of mixture fuel F is excessive than the designated value of controller 15, the controller 15 opens the valve 13 to open the 2nd passage 11. In such a way, in the case of heavily loaded running is required, not only main fuel feeding passage 8 but the 1st and 2nd passage 10 and 11 are opened for fuel feeding, resulting in the increase of the total fuel amount being fed, then fuel to air ratio is brought higher to prevent output decrease. |
