PURPOSE:To make the connection of a connection region and an external scan- driving circuit element easy and high in the reliability by a method wherein the connection region of a photoelectric conversion element and a conductor wiring is formed broader than a photoelectric conversion elements region. CONSTITUTION:An optical fiber bundle 4 is in parallel arranged and burried inside a fiber substrate 11. The substrate 11 is formed with a forming region 11A of the photoelectric conversion elements 10 formed on the top surface 11a, a forming region 11B of the wiring 12 which is connected at one end to the conductor 7 and connected at the other end with the driving circuit element and a region 11C on which the driving element is mounted, and the region 11B is formed with an end 12a of the wiring 12 with the interval P' being made broad. Therefore, the connection to the driving circuit element is made easy at the end 12a and the connection in the high reliability can be attained and also, the resolution of the transmission manuscript can largely be improved for the minute arrangement of the photoelectric conversion elements. |
