PURPOSE:To realize not only the low power consumption but a high sensitivity, by securing a connection between the differential input and output parts of the differential amplifier of one side by a positive feedback line with the differential input part of the other side used as a comparison input part and then giving a connection between both output parts. CONSTITUTION:A connection is secured via a level shifting circuit 33 and the positive feedback line 51 between the gate input part of the transistor 21 of the 2nd differential amplifier and the differential output part of the transistor 22. In the same way, a connection is secured via a level shifting circuit 34 and the positive feedback line 52 between the gate input part of the transistor 22 and the differential output part of the transistor 21. The drains of the transistors 19 and 20 that function as the output of the 1st differential amplifier are connected to the output of the 2nd differential amplifier respectively. As a result, the gain becomes infinite. Accordingly the current sources 27 and 28 have only to flow the minimum necessary quantity of current. |
