<p>PURPOSE:A packing film for mushrooms capable of prolonging the durability of mushrooms, keeping their freshness, and preventing the lowering of the value of goods, obtained by making the oxygen gas barrier properties and water vapor transmission of an antifogging agent-containing thermoplastic film have specific values respectively. CONSTITUTION:A thermoplastic film, especially 100 parts by PVC film is blended with 1.5-2.0pts.wt. anitfogging agent (e.g., glycerol monooleate). The oxygen gas barrier properties and the water vapor transmission of the prepared film are adjusted to 400-800cc/m<2>, 24hrs. (at 25 deg.C, 1atm) and <=130g/m<2>, 24hrs. respectively by controlling the thickness of the antifogging agent-containing film, e.g., PVC film, etc. and the amount of a plasticizer used. Namely, the thickness of the film is 10- 35mu, and 100pts.wt. plastic is blended with 12-18pts.wt. plasticizer. The packing by this film will neither germinate a mycelium, nor change spores, and can prolong the durability of mushrooms fairly.</p> |
