A paper shredder of an individual cutter shaft driving method is provided to prevent the waste papers from being fitted by making the rotational direction of cutter blades different by differently setting the speed of each motor. A paper shredder of an individual cutter shaft driving method is composed of: a box-shaped body having a paper input port formed at the upper end and a door installed at the front lower end; a cutting device(200) installed at the inner upper end of the body to cut waste papers; and a waste paper box piling up the waste paper chips at the lower end of the cutting device. The cutting device comprises plural cutter blades fixed to first and second cutter shafts(201,202) across each other in a box-shaped frame having opened upper and lower sides; first and second motors(210,250) disposed at the front and rear parts in the directions corresponding to each other; and motor rotating members(280) combined with the first and second motors, respectively and shaft rotating members(290) combined with each end of the first and second cutter shafts. The motor rotating member and the shaft rotating member are connected by a power transmitting member(295).
