A SCREW TYPE CENTRIFUGAL PUMP

A screw type centrifugal pump is provided to prevent damage to a delivered substance and wear of a casing by forming a gentle curved passage between a suction port and a discharge port. A screw type impeller(100) comprises a front part having a screw part(2) and a rear part having a centrifugal part(3). The screw part generates strong absorption force using Archimedes principle. The centrifugal part converts axial energy into centrifugal energy along a curved line formed by the impeller. The screw type impeller has a single screw type feature(1), so that floating matters and solid matters of sludge are directly delivered from a suction port to a discharge port without rotating between the impeller and a casing.
