PURPOSE:To obtain a microwave circuit that is capable of an easy connection for the element of diode or the like, by adding the two microstrip circuits having 1/2- line wavelength plus the balanced double line to the microstrip line which is formed on an insulated substrate or the like. CONSTITUTION:The converting circuits 17 and 18 are provided between the microstrip lines 13a, 13b and the balanced double line L3. The elements such as the diodes 19a-19c are mounted in parallel to the line L3. In such way, a diode switch is formed to secure a formation of the transmission line of the microwave only on the upper surface of a dielectric substrate 11. As a result, the diodes 19a-19c can be connected between the line conductors 15 and 16 even in case when a parallel connection is required for these diodes. This eliminates the hole drilled through the dielectric substrate or a use of a stud. In this way, a small-sized microwave circuit can be produced in an easy way. |
