Forge of agglomeration machine has ignition chamber as metal frame with lined refractory side walls and arch ceiling, this goes to stepped partition in opposite position to which in end wall of ignition chamber at acute angle to horizon four gas burners are installed, and unit of stabilization screen adjoining ignition chamber, as lined with refractory materials metal case with arch ceiling and block of pipelines installed in it, this consists of two horizontal pipes connected to each other by arc-like pipes made of refractory steel, those repeat in arc the arc of stabilization screen. Stepped partition is displaced to the side of end wall of ignition chamber by value that is equal to 0.15-0.5 of distance between those, and gas burners are installed at angle 30-45° to horizon. |
