A device for the games contains the transparent board with the markings, the game pieces, and the illumination device. The light is emitted in parallel to the external surface inside the transparent material of the board. The contours of the board squares are illuminated, while the game pieces are lightened in the reflected light. The light source does not blind the players. The device is used both with the external light sources and in the case when the external illumination is absent. The device is versatile one allowing for being used as the board for the classic chess and draughts, 100-square draughts, the three-dimensional multi-layer chess, etc. When the special marking is available, the device may be used for the games requiring the tokens or the dices such as backgammon, for example. |
